①Prototype design and manufacturing
Material and machine settings are confirmed by a consultation sheet. You can receive samples sooner if you provide us with material specimens. We will design the tool geometry and manufacture the tool best suited to the material and machine operating conditions.
②Drill and end mill bit tested at customer’s facility
Samples will be delivered to you after Sanko Hamono’s in-house tests are completed. Please find how clean the burr-free drill and end mill can cut your material. Also, please check the durability of tools on your machine.
③Final product after fine-adjustment of specifications
Fine adjustments will be made. Based on the result of the trial, we will finalize tool geometry and other features to ensure the best operating conditions.
